Roles of the vitamins to reduce the risk of infection to (Covid-19).

In the report published by the Spanish newspaper Alimente, the author says :
“There will be no justification for claiming that vitamins are the solution to eradicating the Corona pandemic, but it is fair to say that there is evidence that has shown that they can play an important role in preventive measures or supportive treatment of respiratory diseases”.
Besides, The researchers found that vitamins A, B, C, D, and E had a positive effect on Covid-19 patients.

As well, The author highlighted that vitamin “D” can be a useful element to reduce the level of risk of infection (Covid-19), which was confirmed by researchers from the University of Chicago in an article published in the journal (JAMA Network).
Furthermore, a group of 30 doctors arrived at the hospital (Qian Jiyatong) in China, which treated 300 people with corona. These doctors developed a treatment protocol based on vitamin C, which later proved to be effective in increasing the chances of treatment against the virus and thus reducing the mortality rate.
And In a report on the study, the Chinese doctors explained that they had injected patients with vitamin C as a concentrated liquid. The clinical results showed promising results with the injection of vitamin C liquid form.

And because vitamin C injections are not available to the public because it is only used in medical trials or hospitals, these doctors advise people to rely on their normal supply of this vitamin to get a good daily dose.

For reference, vitamin C fades quickly because of heat, so it is best not to overcook vegetables and to cook them for only a few minutes, and it is also recommended to eat lemons in juice or hot with honey, as is common when you have colds.

But, experts from the University of Barcelona defend the importance of all components of the diet, as many scientific studies explain the role of these vitamins in the defence function.

Moreover, The European Food Safety Agency supports the importance of having a large number of vitamins in food for the proper functioning of the immune system, such as vitamins B6, B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin E.
Bottom line is each of these vitamins plays a major role in defence mechanisms, and therefore should not prefer any of them, but on the contrary, it is necessary to achieve integration between them all.
